Motorboy Vatican Admin Upgrade V1.4

1. Back up the current API directory and database.
2. Keep your current config.php, uploads/, storage/, and .htaccess.
3. Replace the root api.php with this package's api.php.
4. Upload the admin/ directory beside api.php.
5. Optional: execute migrations/1.4.0.sql to update installed_version metadata.
6. Verify: GET /api/v1/health should report version 1.4.0.
7. Open /admin/ and sign in with your existing Platform Admin credentials.

No database reinstall is required for a V1.3 installation.
